: I've basically finished stripping the hull; had to 're-do' the bow external
: stem, as I had a gap. Thankful this medium is so forgiving - simply planed
: off the old one, and re-glued the strips. Looks pretty good, now! I still
: have to shave down a bit of the stem, as it wraps around to the keel - to
: keep the keel lines fair. I've finished sanding, and now it's time to lay
: out the fiberglass, and get started with the epoxy.

: BTW, thanks to Bill H. for the recommendations on FG and sourcing. I'm using
: RAKA with 350 hardener, anticipate 3.20 on all surfaces with an extra
: layer over the football and stems, plus some bracing around the cockpit
: and hatches. Am I forgetting anything?

: Looking forward a bit - Yakima footbraces; perhaps a seat from Redfish. Any
: and all recommendations/comments appreciated!

I like Yakima footbraces, they are heavy though.

At some point I want to try PXT Kayak's Bumfortable seat. They are only about 45 miles from here, I really should go do it. I also want to try their new kayak, would be nice if I'd get both a day off and it wasn't raining .
