In Response To: Material: Need help removing velcro adhesive (Len Thunberg)

: In my last minute haste to put a temporary seat in my Night Heron (to try it
: at the DelMarva Paddlers Retreat) I made the mistake of using some
: "industrial strength" velcro from Home Depot (Brian, I know,
: that was stupid). When I removed the velcro, all that was left was the
: adhesive goo. Any tips on how to remove this without using toxic solvents.
: It's attached to varnished epoxy on the hull interior.

There are several citrus based adhesive removers on the market, they are all very similiar, I'd pick the one you can easily find and use that. It's like Goo gone.
