Robert. As the builder of a Waters Dancing Solace 16XL I agree with everything you've said and more. I love this boat. So much so that I'd planned to order a Lightning 14 for my wife. Sadly the W.D. web site states that they are no longer shipping kits to the US. An email asking why received a response to "check back in 2011!" Why have they suspended shipments to the US?? They have one of the best products out there.
