: I fiberglass the hull on the Return I am building and wondered if it is best
: to sand out the hull right away or to let the epoxy cure fully first and
: start working on the deck? Any thoughts on the pros and cons. Joe
I find the easiest time to take off any excess drips, sags or ragged edges is about twelve hours after applying the epoxy, when it is still somewhat soft, but hard enough so it doesn't clog the sandpaper. Save the overall sanding until the epoxy is fully cured to minimize the chance of sanding into the cloth. -Wes
