Yes, the vertical stems and unsupported flat deck are canoe like, but in the
water, under load, it has about 1.5" rocker and 10+ degrees deadrise. It's
waterline shape is similar to the Sonnet 16.

As the pic below shows, the keel to stem transition creates a rounded
waterline entry, not vertical.
