Material: Gluing Oak corners

Greetings and Happy New Year, Y'all,

I am working on a couple 'o display cases which will serve as memorials for someone who died and whom others want to remember. I have spent many hours creating the oak casing for the display boxes. The corner angles and grooves have been cut and the edges routed. What I need now is to know which glue will work best to glue the corners of the oak pieces and hold 'em reasonably well. The corners will also be supported with metal fasteners on the back. Clear plexi-glass will be inserted into cut grooves to create a clear and protective cover for the stuff that will be saved within the cases. Any ideas will be appreciated.
