It's definitely tough stuff, but there are two downsides to it:

1- The fumes are much more noxious than other varnishes, so you need to have really good ventilation when using it.

2- It only comes in a high-gloss finish, which looks like plastic when it dries. It's a personal preference, but to my eye, it's really ugly on a skin boat.
