S&G: Glued to Bench

I'm making Duane Strosaker's Point Bennett and butt glued the plywood panels together to form the deck. I forgot to put mylar, waxed paper, etc. under the panels and glued the deck to my workbench when the epoxy oozed through the butt joints. What are my options? Thin saw under the panels? Heat the epoxy in the joint to loosen it under the panels? Cut through the joint with a knife and then use heat to loosen them and then sand all the fiberglass and epoxy off and re-glue? Any easier sollutions?
