Tools: Which hand saw?

I am looking at getting a japanese style hand saw and was wondering which one is the one? I was looking through the lee valley site and they have a ryoba, a dozuki, detail saws, and so on. I have no idea how many teeth or how corse. I would want a good all purpose saw for just about everything in building a stripper, like tapering strip ends, cutting hatches ect. I like the look of the lee valley folding dozuki, mostly for the folding part and the lee valley stamped on the blade but I don't actually know what I am looking for, any advice? I would prefer comparisons from the lee valley page since this is where I was looking and it gives all of you an excuse to brouse their stuff just one more time.

Thanks
Dave.
