The Original Meet at the Beach is fast approaching once again. I don't remember exactly when we first held this event at Bluff Point State Park in Groton, CT but it was something like 10 years ago.

This low-key gathering of kayak builders is a good deadline for all your kayak building projects. Bring whatever you have and if you don't have anything but just like to see what everyone else has done, come on down. This year Chesapeake Light Craft will be bringing up a trailer load of boats for people to see and try. The event happens rain or shine.
