My neck of the woods to. This isnt the first time lately, a couple of weeks ago a fisherman alone presumed drowned in a twelve foot aluminum, and before that two canoe ers ( canoe ers got to shore and where ok). Both cases including this one NO LIFE JACKETS! Unbelievable I hate to read stories about this I cant even comprehend why a person would think they can breath like a fish. No reason for this. Just my opinion.
