Another link this one from CBC news in which the Ontario police want to put manditory lifejacket use into effect. I just find it sad that a person would have to be forced to protect themself, at the bottom of the piece it talks about how you drive a car with a seatbelt just in case but not wear a PFD cause you dont expect anything to happen, I think that part was very well said. I also didnt like the anglers position on the subject I bet they put thier seatbelt on when they leave the lake!
