Laminated to the Dacron and it's harder yet to get it to crack. Unless it's folded to the point of creasing it, which would be a bit difficult to do on the kayak, it seems to never crack.

I've though only tested it with West's 105/207 resin/hardener btw, no idea if other resins will work as well.
