I don't want to pick a fight but what you posted isn't helpful, at all. The world and the internet are brimming with folks who hold unfounded opinions about everything. We can't waste our time wringing our hands over all of it.
Also it is not very helpful to know that these girls "were found dead today after a kayaking accident" but, specifically, what errors or outside forces contributed to their deaths.
Every one of us will get into a jam on the water eventually and the more we know the better chance we'll have of returning safely.
