My youngest daughter decided to take the summer off dance so we get to explore again. After a day of yard work we pulled out a pygmy tern 14 and a waters dancing solace we have not used in a long time and paddled a shallow 3" to 24" estuary (just north of the Great Salt Lake and south of the Bear River Bird Refuge) for the evening. We saw a lot of birds, enjoyed 60 degree temps. with a light breeze, and enjoyed the wood kayaks instead of the glass ones we have been paddling. It doesn't get much better. We decided the boats are going in the garage for a fast sanding and refinishing.
