Those Mylar/plastic wine bladders make great little airbags. For both my 2 year old and 4 yo daughter's SOFs we stuff the hold full of the suckers. For the ends of the full-size boats, I stuff in one or two that are partially filled with air after the frames been skinned. You do have to leave an access hole in the end frame. I suppose, they can be partially filled with wine as well, you just lose some of the flotation benefits... :)
