No need to do the whole boat. These are spot fixes. Just sand these spots. Depending on the temperature you may have to wait a day or two for the patches to get hard enough to sand. For patching small areas a fast curing resin works faster.
Wash the boat with water
And dry it with clean old towels or rags to get rid of any dust and you can apply your first coat of varnish 15 minutes after you think the wash water is all gone.
