Hi John,
Nice page and good tips. I like the "by the way" style of it.
An etiquette I use in the 'right of way' scenario is to go behind anyone swimming in the water, and leave at least two paddle lengths between the kayak and swimmer. Of course, this doesn't apply to a kayaker that's swimming. :D
