: Looks good to this point. What happened the the bottom edge of form

It looks like he cut a slot in form 2, rather than a hole, which I guess means that form 2 is the right shape but just missing the bottom couple of inches. I imagine that will be ok? I did make it a hole rather than a slot, so it looked like the picture below.

I second Dave's comment about fixing the end forms to prevent sideways movement. I'd suggest adding a couple of cleats to the side of the form that you can really fix firmly to the strongback, and leave a fishing line wired just above the strongback for the first few strips, to be certain it doesn't move out of alignment.
