3M Super 77 Spray Adhesive is the ticket for gluing minicell. You can get it at box stores and office supply stores.

CA glues get very hot when they cure. Once I spilled some on a pair of jeans and it made a 3/8 diameter circle, and as it cured it got hot enough that it burned my leg.
