I think you could add some more details to the listing to get more people interested. I think you can do this before there are any bids otherwise you can only add notes at the bottom (not sure on this, I've only sold a few things).
There are going to be some folk looking who have little idea about what a strip built kayak is. Not all of them may want to paddle it, a lady in my club thinks that my strip build should be hanging on the wall with dried flowers in it!
As its a custom designed piece noone has any idea whether they would fit into it.
How big is it?
How big a person will it suit?
How much does it weigh?
How much time would it take someone to build and how much would the materials cost?
What is it good for? Fast or stable or rolls well.
Does it have hatches, end toggles, a seat, a compass?

I'd like to see it sold for more than your 'Buy It Now' price. Could you change that to a 'Reserve' price? That must be less than the cost of materials.
