: I got the strongback trimmed and shaped and got all the forms cut

The forms look correctly aligned to me. I am building the Guillemot L.

I read your blog post. Once I had the roughed out the hole in each form with saber saw, I made a router template and used 1/2" bit to get all the holes the same size. When I slide them on the strongback they lined up nicely, such that only 2 forms needed a business card shim to bring them into alignement with rest.

When stripping I found that the first 6 strips of the hull are the hardest to get right.
