: Most of the paddling i've done has been on my own, all of the kayakers i know around here just float em down stream, i myself like the satisfaction that i beat the current and made that 2 and a half miles to the next dock, but i went to the trouble to have large float bags front and rear. If it comes down to it, i'll float to the nearest sandbar. Kevin
