LOL ! ... The Falco 16 is being tested, and traveling assembled at high speed is just part of the testing process.

I'm glad you brought this up however as it reflects a misconception about folding kayaks.
Think of it like 4-wheel drive. When you need it, it's there as an option :)

My boats are kayaks first, and folding kayaks second. They stay assembled in the garage until I fold them
for motorcycle transport, flying, or driving long distance. Otherwise, for daily use, they stay assembled.

However, The quick assembly of the Falco's make daily folding within the realm of possibility.

Three of the five kayaks currently in the garage are folders. I have another 10 or so kayaks stashed
in various locations around the house or shop ... Tom
