: Hi Tim,

: I am in the same point now and I also need a seat model to use so I
: can do it myself.

: Can you help me with this, please?

: Thank you.

The old fashioned steel tractor seat is a pretty good model, pretty comfy for just about everyone.

If you're going to carve minicell with an angle grinder, and this works very well, do it outside otherwise it'll take you forever to get rid of the black dust inside your shop. I make a 1x4 wood box to hold the block of foam and stake it to the lawn, the angle grinder can grab the foam and toss it a long ways, takes far less time to carve it if you don't have to keep chasing it around the yard :)
