Not the same thing the one I am talking about lifted it itself and used the lifting straps as tie straps. It pulled from the top of the cradle and when the boat was in the cradle the stap was pulled tight because it was attached to the bottom of the cradle or something like that. If it helps the lady said it cost like $2000.00. Not cheap but she can't lift the boat at all and it goes on top of a suburban so quite high up.
