: For those who are celebrating Father's Day today: have a good one,
: a cool one and a beefy one, thick, BBQ'ed with all the extras.

No BBQ here, mostly fish and mostly raw. (I never could figure out why people don't cook fish). I am spending Fathers Day in Amsterdam with Heidi followed by a few days of business in Stockholm and then a 4 day paddle on the Baltic.
For my Dad's Fathery Day I went out to the ranch with him last Saturday and photgraphed him riding the ranch with my daughters (think of it as a kayay trip in the rocks and brush). I put the slide show together before this trip so he would have it by fathers day. It was probably his last ride. They don't make old cowboys any more, you could ride the same horse on the same ranch but you would never have the same understanding or experiecne. It made me wonder what he was thinking and what I will be thinking on my last paddle. By the way kayaks are a lot easier to maintain than a horse. Here is a link to the show if anyone is interested.
