Heidi and I had a great paddle in the Stockholm Archipelago. We had some stormy weather but that kept the crowds away and made the sky interesting. It is a spectaular set of islands, the people we met along the way were wonderful, the saunas are like paradise on earth. Based on Rob's comments about it being similar to the Georgian Bay Islands (saunas included) I decided to use the Gordon Lightfoot Christian Island song as the lead song. Heidi took a camera also and many of the pictures are hers. I am not used to seeing myself in my kayaking slide shows. For those familiar with the area we went from Runmaro southeast to Bollero, and then south into the Langviksskar group, west through Brunskar and Braka to Nambo and then north past Aspon, Ladh and Munko.
