Anyone done anything like this to keep their shop warm?

Having a carbon monoxide detector would be my first rule for any heat source. Just wondering how to bump up temps in an uninsulated 20 x 18 x 8' tall space, not to toasty, just minimal.

I could add foam sheet insulation on the walls and ceiling.
