The fact that this woman is a professor is morally and intellectually repugnant to me.

Do Canadian "first nation" people not use canoes? Why not.

When in Japan I came across a popular attitude - Japan takes the best from World wide culture and incorporates it into their own.
There are several thing I didn't like about Japanese attitudes, but that was one I could completely admire.

No question most Governments have picked out minorities and discriminated or worse against them. Lets talk about now. Appropriation arguments are the worst perversion of PC I know of - except for politicians.
