Strip: Final decision on plans?

I am hoping for some advice/input: I am deciding on which plans to buy - this will be my first build and I am looking at a shorter boat that can support my frame given the building and storage space I have available - I am trying to decide between the petrel play, auk14 and guillemot play. Any thoughts?
