Don't use either of those products- they're much too aggressive. Start with a plastic polish. Use Maguire's or 3M. You may have to go over it a couple of times, but better safe than sorry. The finish on wing paddles is very thin. If it doesn't give you the results you were looking for and you decide you want to try something more aggressive I would definitely use the 3M Finesse-it. An auto body shop will be able to wet sand it without burning through into the carbon and recoat it so that it looks perfect.
