I have completed 2 canoes, stapleless and scarfless.

They both took about 15 months from start to finish, working part time. Hours spent on them...countless. :)

The 1st cost about $750 in actual canoe materials, with another $750 in consumeables, strongback and tools.

The 2ed was about $650 in canoe materials.
