I got to a dead end both times I paddled west. by "dead end" I mean I got to a tube I didn't wanted to go into, because of all the roaches & flies & spider webs in it. I also got to tubes too small to enter.

there in a park here called "holiday park", it's on sr27 & griffin rd. It's a gateway to the everglades. @ this point i'm too scared of the lizards. I need somebody to go with. somebody who knows what he's doing. But I need to improve my hatches first. they leak like hell ! The internal bungies don't work for me. I have to switch to the "cube locks".

Intercoastal would be fun (except for the heavy traffic) and

around here there are some interesting places in the intercoastal: islands, parks, lakes etc', but I don't think I would want to paddle along the intercoastal.
