Be very careful when using this method. Check the densities of the two sides before proceeding. It is not uncommon for the resin side to weigh 12 lb.gal., while the hardener side is only 11. If you use weight rather than volume, you have a 8.3% error, even if you do everything else right. This exceeds the permissible margin of error in my book, and is totally unnecessary when it is so easy and cheap to get good volumetric ratios.
