With regard to your name/design, someone posted a suggestion of printing out your name, design, whatever on thin Oriental "rice paper" and laminating it with epoxy. (I don't recall whether they used an ink jet or laser printer...also don't recall whether it went under or over the fiberglass. Supposedly the paper virtually disappears and the printed design remains, but I'd personally try the technique on some scrap FIRST!)
