I have an uncle who has a company called Sunpower. He has invented a small electrical generator that is heat-driven. It has one moving part - a piston - and runs off of any low grade heat source like pellets or propane or possibly a sunlit magnifying glass if you could keep it aligned. It's a small deal, weighs about 100 pounds I guess. The problrm is that it is too expensive to make, he is working on that. I am sure that for the right amount of money a smaller one could be built for our function. They have a website, I'll let Mark find it and link it up.
