Never heard of the tri-weave.

: and/or Mike pay for your polyester/nylon ? (US$) What sealer are you

Dyson sells all his fabrics for $2 /yd. They are 60" wide. Pretty good deal and he is very good to do buisness with.

: using? I think Mike is using urethane. Geodesic is using varnish. I've

I am using water based urethane. Currently, the undercoats are regular stuff. I will use the more expensive UV mix on the last coat(s).

: 6# weight over 14', what's your Project X coming in at?

The boat is around 26 lbs. The deck and hull skins added 3-4 lbs. That's before urethane. This, however has changed since Mike saw the boat. I had a bad experience trying to color the deck and ended up with a mess. The deck skin has been removed and will be replaced with a light weight colored nylon. More later ....

: the bow with concave curves, any thoughts on how to deal with them? Taz.

The Return also has concaves. Monfort deals with these by using CA glue (super glue) to tack them down. While this could work for me (the glue does work well for that), I can't reach into the hull at the very ends where the curves are. So, they are left "hanging" so to speak.

: ps. any new pics?

Not yet. I want to get this deck thing straightened out first.
