Does anyone have a plan for a portage cart? I need to portage a 21 foot 78 lb double ,28" beam,and want most of the weight to be on the cart,ie,it should be near the center of the boat.It should be breakdownable (is that a real word?),and if possible,stowable.Any ideas would be helpful.
