In Response To: Attempts at a seat mold (Ross Leidy)

Last night I made the all glass/epoxy mold and it turned out perfect. I used one piece of cloth to cover the entire surface of the existing seat, and the remaining layers were all scraps. I used about 3-4 layers total of 6oz cloth to make the mold, and although it's rigid enough to use as a mold, it probably half the thickness needed for a seat (which is right in line with Jay's suggested cloth strata).

I'll report on the seat construction in the next couple days.
