I'd vote to increase the spacing of the forms rather than making up an extra form. It's only about an extra inch or less per form. This should insure that the hull shape stays fair. You might want to add more of the length in the middle of the boat where it will give you more storage space by adding more space between the middle forms and taper the added space to nothing by the ends of the boat.
