Sean,

I started my Guillemot in August and have just completed the stripping the hull and deck. I have not been logging my time but it will depend you experience, how fancy you get on the deck and how much time you can block out on any given day or weekend. My wife and kids beginning to resent the project because I tend to head down to the shop whenever I get a free moment. It is also like eating salted peanuts once you get started its hard to stop. I have been doing a lot of work at night after 10PM and everyone else has gone to bed. I keep finding myself still down there at 1:30am saying to myself "just one more joint".

My advice is to give yourself lots of time (250-300hrs) and enjoy the journey as much as the destination.
