I just switched the VJ over to them. They are strong and the little red lever makes adjusting the peg setting so easy I keep hitting it with my foam insulation on the hull so that the foot peg releases suddenly. That lever is a great idea, very nice. If the foam wasn't there or if the foam was smaller it would be no problem.

The foot peg is rounded so that if my foot is not in exactly the right position, it slips off the peg. I had to rethink my foot "plant" on the peg to get my toes to stop slipping off. I'm probably gonna have to shave the surface of the peg flatter or rough it up a little with 40-grit or something to make it work better. Otherwise it's a nice set up. Much stronger than the wee things that came with the Lightning 17 set up when I originally bought it from Waters Dancing. Incidently, Waters Dancing is switching to the Sea Dog pegs coz they are better.
