Check out Ravenspring. They have a wider range of sizes, and will custom make one if you don't fit what they have. When I got mine they were considerably cheaper than Kokotat, and I had no problems with the overseas order - I live in the US and they are in the UK. I don't use mine often, but have found no negatives.
