The height of the deck at the rear of the cockpit is 6in and in the front it 8.25in at the edge of the cockpit recess and increases to 9in after the recess.

Having a boat my size is great. Sometimes its kind of funny to watch some of the guys I paddle with try to sqeeze into it.
