: If you are trying to sand what you applied today, that is the main reason for
: the clogging. The epoxy should be allowed to harden for at least 48 hours
: and up to one week before it can be sanded without turning into bubble
: gum. Also, sanding uncured epoxy is toxic business and you should wear a
: respirator mask. Full cure can take 30 days.
: To feather the tape edges I recommend using a cabinet scraper, a paint
: scraper, or my favourite, a Pro-prep scraper. Scrapers work very well on
: epoxy that hasn't hardened.
I would like to share a pointer : a new razor blade is handy...use water and the finest sand papper avaiable and when sanding go along the weave not against it..when it is smooth re-apply premix clear resin to give it a high gloss ..let it sit for a few hours to dry...comes out beautiful
