Another designer of boats "along the lines of the Skerry from CLC" would be Iain Oughtred, of course.
Actually, I think the "Skerry" is CLC's take on Iain Oughtred's designs . . . he's got a whole pile of glued-lapstrake faering looking boats, among others. And he wrote a great book about how to build them - his "Clinker Plywood Boatbuilding Manual"
