Thats why I started a scale model of the GSG.

The other free choices were:
Point Bennett, Squeedunk Cormorant, and JEM Laker13 (and strip-built guillemot or the CLC boats in the new kayak workshop)

I ended up choosing the gsg based on my own personal considerations. Its hard to lay down $100 when you're just getting into it. All I need is another "hobby", just ask my wife.

: P.S. I may just print out the Guillemot S&G plans on 11x17 paper and make a
: mock up using poster board just to see the look of it. I guess it's just
: the engineer in me that would make be want to see it in 3D before building
: one.
