Well, I got a pretty cool treat Tuesday. First I got to vote with my 19 year old daughter in her first ever presidential primary. She voted for garble garble garble and I voted for garble garble garble. We canceled out. (Her 16 year old sister was just telling everybody "just don't vote for garble garble garble).

That wasn't the treat though. As I passed through the den that evening, I caught them channel surfing during commercials to watch the returns. I was so amazed, I sat down and watched the returns with them.

(I'll give you the advice I gave my daughter, in case you still haven't voted: You only get one vote, don't waste it. Remember, you don't KNOW any of these people, but research as best you can, find one that is saying and doing things you like and that you believe will continue to say and to do things that you like. Vote for that one).

I still think that if you don't vote then it should be a felony to complain about the outcome.
