Thanks Randy... that was my first thought, just go back over with more layers, but then I got to thinking, I only ordered enough glass to do the outside of the canoe and I've already cut off the corners of that material, so I don't want to chance any more pieces. I think I'll just do the plywood blocks. I was mostly concerned about the asthetics of it anyway. Since it's for the grand-kids, I will be safe and use the ply. and some glass over it all.
